Tail of Tales: Storyseeds of Mythelium in the Making
The telling tail of the telekinetic torouroboros - that which moves us...
Do you remember the game telephone, that’s what we called it, when you gather a bunch of friends in a big circle and someone starts by whispering in their neighbors ear a few words, they then turn to their neighbor and whisper what they heard… and on and on this goes around the circle with giggles and curious confused looks on faces. Finally whispered from ear to ear full circle arriving back from whence these words came.
Imagine this time around every person in the circle now represents the next generation of cultures whispering what they’ve heard from generation to generation. What they keep telling forth. What lures coming generations.

And now here we are having wandered far from that first whisper, the truth of what was said.
Listen in as these words come full circle falling upon from whence they came once again…
“Divide and Conquer” is what was heard.
From whence they came uttered in disbelief, “How sad to construe what is not true, hear us well as we begin again this tale. T’was never meant to be separate you, me and empathy. Its woven into your essence — no, not ‘Divide and Conquer’ but ’Divine and Concur’ …to be intuitively in accord.”
Such is the tale of Torouroboros*
*Torouroboros is a re-emergent sciencemythic sacred symbol. It weaves together the ancient image of Ouroboros: the snake who swallows its tail; symbol of regeneration and transformation — with the energetic geometry of the torus — a self-renewing loop found in everything from galaxies to apples to the human heart.
But this is no mere fusion of forms. It’s a co-creation of cosmologies.
The Torouroboros is an archetype of our times sensing the commons of mind. Storyliving the story of the story, the great weave, noospheric emergence of the mythelium, grounded, deeply rooted, with our heads in the clouds.
Torouroboros: Archetype of the Regenaissance
Unlike traditional depictions of a single serpent biting its tail in a flat loop, the torouroboros is represented by multiple interwoven serpents, spiraling around and through a toroidal field, each consuming not only itself but the woven tail of many… read more
2Birds and the Sense of Deep Listening
This is a story that slipped through a number of years ago. At first it reminded me of a party-line like we used to have on the original landline phones. A variety of local circuits open and crisscrossing that can be heard echoing about. Except this was happening in my head with the wordplay that suddenly sprung to life, and into action… watch video
